Genuine Italian Cooking Course
I have been cooking professionally for over 10 years and teaching the secrets of genuine Italian cuisine. Now I will share them with you!
After this course, you will have a good knowledge how to cook real Italian food so that you can prepare for example pasta and your Italian guest can not tell difference between yours and their Nonna's (grandmother's).
All the dishes are really simple, quick and easy to prepare in small spaces, such as a kitchen on a boat. All the ingredients in the recipes are widely available in large grocery stores and preserve well. You can also use the catch of the day!
Most of the dishes can be prepared dairy free, lactose free, low in lactose, gluten free or vegan if needed. Although the texture and taste will not be the same as from original recipe.
