TERMS


  1. The sailing must be paid no later than a business day before the sailing start date.
  2. To receive a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the sailing start time in writing.
  3. The sailing can be postponed from the customer's side at least 24 hours before the sailing start time, when it has been done in writing.
  4. Due to weather conditions, the service provider can postpone or cancel the sailing.
  5. If the sailing is canceled by the service provider and the transfer to another date is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
  6. Gift cards or Experience Gift cards will not be refunded, but sailing will be postponed to another time.
