TERMS
- The sailing must be paid no later than a business day before the sailing start date.
- To receive a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the sailing start time in writing.
- The sailing can be postponed from the customer's side at least 24 hours before the sailing start time, when it has been done in writing.
- Due to weather conditions, the service provider can postpone or cancel the sailing.
- If the sailing is canceled by the service provider and the transfer to another date is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
- Gift cards or Experience Gift cards will not be refunded, but sailing will be postponed to another time.
