Responsibilities
- Assist in providing exceptional guest services during sunset cruises, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Engage with guests, addressing inquiries, and enhancing their overall experience.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of special events and celebrations on board, working closely with the hospitality team.
- Assist in ensuring that all details are meticulously planned to create a seamless and enjoyable event.
- Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and culinary team to support the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
- Learn about the creation of unique and delightful culinary offerings for sunset cruises.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining guest cabins and common areas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Work closely with housekeeping to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and coordination of schedules.
- Assist with inventory management for guest supplies and amenities.
- Take advantage of learning opportunities to gain insights into various roles within the hospitality and sailing industry.
- Seek guidance from experienced professionals and actively participate in training sessions.
- Collect and document guest feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recent graduate with an interest in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
- Valid work permit for EU
