You can practice sailing or you can just take it easy and enjoy the maritime scenery. The departure is from Katajanokka, where you will also return after sailing. A glass of bubbly and snacks are served.

You can practice sailing or you can just take it easy and enjoy the maritime scenery. We go ashore on the island for lunch and a glass of bubbly. The wishes of the participants and the weather conditions are taken into account in the sailing exercises and the route. The departure is from Katajanokka, where we also return after sailing.

Charter sailing is tailored to your needs and interest. Charter sailing is ideal for a joint program for a company's recreation day, birthdays, wedding party or group of friends!

Sailing program consist 3 hours of sailing off Helsinki. If you wish, we also arrange food service in the boat or in nature. In the charter sailing program, only imagination is the limit, so tell us what kind of experience you are looking for!

Up to 8 passengers on board

This sailing course is a beginner's course where you learn the crew skills of sailing in practice, i.e. how a sailboat moves and why it tilts but does not capsize, how to handle and adjust the sails safely, maintain speed and how to make sure that the ropes are not always in a knot. There are no skill requirements for participating in the sailing course, enthusiasm to learn to sail is enough. The length of the course is 32 hours, of which 8 hours are theory teaching online.

The ship's radio operator must have a certificate of competency corresponding to his radio station. Traficom issues the certificate of competency based on a successfully completed qualification examination.

The Emergency First Response (EFR) and Finnish Red Cross (SPR) EA courses both offer comprehensive first aid skills and are based on international resuscitation recommendations. EFR is international, flexible and shorter (approx. 2–16 hours, 24 months validity), while SPR EA1 is the standard in Finland, 16 hours, valid for three years.

The CEVNI rules are followed on European inland waterways. Passing the exam entitles you to the International Boat Operator's License, type I, which is required on European inland waterways, i.e. rivers, canals and lakes.
