You can practice sailing or you can just take it easy and enjoy the maritime scenery. We land on the island for a glass of bubbly and lunch. The wishes and weather conditions of the participants are taken into account in the sailing exercises and route. Departure is from Aurinkolahti, which you will also return to after sailing.

Sailing Course

A sailing course is a beginner sailing course where you learn the skills of sailing crews, i.e. how a sailboat moves and why it tilts but does not capsize, how to handle and adjust sails safely, maintain speed and how to make sure the ropes are not always knotted. There are no competence requirements for attending a sailing course, enthusiasm to learn to sail is enough. The length of the course is 32 hours, of which 8 hours are theoretical instruction online.

Great sailing in the Helsinki Archipelago

Tero was a great host on my 3 h evening sail in Helsinki. Got to see a lot of maritime Helsinki, enjoyed some snacks and bubbles and hat a great time on the water. I can highly recommend this tour and would definately do it again! Kiitos Tero :)

Great sails in the sunset

Excellent your around the Helsinki archiapeligo. We had great weather with a bit of wind to roll out the sails. Wind gently directed us through the waves with an excellent skipper. He guided the views as a professional your guide. After a couple hours We stopoed for a tasty bbq dinner. Atmosphere was excellent and boat offered nicely enough room to chat and make a world a bit better place. Very recommendable tour that takas you as a customer and tour adapted greatly ”on the go” when We suggested our ideas during the tour.

Strongly recommend

What an amazing sailing experience! We did the 3 hour evening sailing from Katajanokka.
The communication with the provider/captain was very easy and smooth from the very beginning to the end. The captain Tero was very nice and welcoming and really cared for his customers. He even did a special surprise for me after learning that it was my birthday!

P.S. Outside the hottest summer months, put many extra layers of clothing to make the experience more enjoyable. We did but the other couple on the same trip weren't prepared as well we had.

Summer evening sailing trip

We spent a wonderful July evening at sea sailing from Aurinkolahti to Katajannokka and back to Aurinkolahti. A great evening, a nice captain and a delicious Italian dinner with wine was very successful! Thank you! We warmly recommend and will definitely book a new sailing trip!

Amazing!

The feeling of the wind in the sail propelling us forward and the sound of the sea was unforgettable! When combined with the scenery of archipelago islands and Helsinki from the water you get an amazing experience! The host was very attentive and knowledgable!

Great evening sailing

Nice and private evening sailing in front of Helsinki. I was able to relax and enjoy sailing, have a glass of sparkling wine with special strawberries, but I also had a chance to steer the boat. Just the perfect mix!
